By booking a service with Crown Equine Solutions, you agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings & Cancellations
- A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. You will be invoiced for this amount. No bookings are confirmed without the deposit.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in being blacklisted from future bookings.
- We understand that unanticipated events happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Crown Equine Solutions.
2. Payment
- Payment is due on the day of service via cash, bank transfer, or paid invoice.
- Prices are subject to change but will always be confirmed when you book.
3. Scope of Service
- Services provided by Crown Equine Solutions are not a replacement for veterinary care.
- Our massage practitioners and therapists do not diagnose or treat injuries or illness.
- If you are concerned about your horse’s health, please consult a veterinarian.
4. Client Responsibility
- Clients agree to complete the intake form accurately and honestly, to the best of their knowledge.
- Clients must inform Crown Equine Solutions of any changes to their horse’s condition, behavior, or the information provided on the intake form prior to future sessions.
5. Agreement
By booking with Crown Equine Solutions or clicking YES during online intake, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
