I was born into a horsey family and have been around horses for as long as I can remember. Growing up in the saddle, I developed a deep appreciation for how horses move, behave, and communicate long before I ever considered a career in equine therapy. Over the years, that passion and need for longevity in my own horses evolved into a professional path.
As of now, I've trained in Equine Sports Massage, Kinesiotaping, Photonic Therapy, and Post-Injury/Post-Surgery Support, and I’m committed to ongoing learning to bring the best and most up-to-date care to the horses I work with.
Crown Equine Solutions was inspired by my heart horse, Maverick, fondly known as “the king.” He often wore a crown clipped into his bum or hanging from his halter, and he’s the reason behind both my business name and my commitment to giving horses the kind of care they truly deserve. Maverick taught me the value of consistent, gentle, and attentive body care, not just as a response to injury, but as part of a horse’s everyday wellbeing. He's now in his mid 20's, enjoying retirement, and thriving.
Another horse who shaped my journey was Ginger Jones, my beloved thoroughbred Gelding who raced across Australia before retiring into my care. He taught me how important it is to support off the track horses as they transition into new lives, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
From letting down and settling into paddock life, to navigating post-racing changes in their bodies, Ginger showed me how much this phase of a horse’s life matters, and how much impact the right support can make.
